Never have any problem!! December 31, 2003 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Sharp ux300 has been working very well for me. I never have any problem with it. No paper jam... nothing... Easy to work with.
Nothing special, but does the job March 21, 2000 24 out of 24 found this review helpful
I can't comment on the paper jams, because I've yet to receive a fax, but I've sent some things out. It's pretty slow, but it works. It's cheap, and if you want a no-frills fax and aren't in a hurry to send your documents, check this one out. I currently own a couple of Sharp products and am satisfied with both of them. I don't know that I'd want this in an office where I'm constantly sending and receiving faxes, but for occasional home use, it's fine.
Works great if you read the manual June 22, 2000 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I had paper jams too then I read the manual that came with it. You can't just add paper, you have to pull the paper tray open, place the paper, then close it back. If you just drop in paper it WILL jam. There should be better instructions for loading paper. Other than that it seems to work fine. No problems.
Reliable - versatile - great value March 17, 2005 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've had this Sharp UX300 for a few years, and it's always worked perfectly. Before I got a multi-tasking computer printer, it was my home copy machine too! If you read the directions and take care of the machine, you shouldn't have any problems. It's a great FAX machine for it's price range.
Paper jammed every time January 27, 2000 82 out of 83 found this review helpful
We bought this fax because of the price with the rebates. You could send faxes easily, however we could never receive a fax without having to hand feed the paper. Not everyone is standing next to their fax machine when a fax comes in. Even though it has a memory, that will not do you any good when the paper jams more than once and it looses your fax. The machine would say "out of paper" when fully loaded. It would also crimp, or tear, the edge of each piece of paper it printed. We finally returned it and are now in the process of shopping for a new one.
